The toolchain doctor fails

Run mise install, then just doctor. On macOS, start OrbStack and select its Docker context. Check vendor SDKs separately because Xcode, the Windows SDK, and Android SDK/NDK are platform-managed exceptions.

Publication stays blocked

Open readiness details and fix the named gate. Common blockers are unvalidated knowledge, evidence conflicts, a missing model or tokenizer digest, absent evaluation evidence, incompatible schema versions, or a missing signature. Do not bypass the gate.

A provider call does not run

Verify the exact profile origin, credentials, model identity, capability probe, and remaining budget. Harnesser does not silently fall back. A consumer chat subscription is not an API credential.

An imported Book is read-only

Read and export remain available. Inspect storage safety, local allowance or Author state, device binding, signer trust, and compatibility. Never delete the imported copy merely to clear a commercial or compatibility warning.
